hey guys sorry if this is already answered before. If i want to port out of webe to digi infinite 150 now, do i have to pay this month's bill for webe before porting out? And then i will get the refund (from webe) based on how much i used this month?

The 4g speed is alright (between 10Mbps to 3x Mbps) but sometime the ping spikes until 1.5k and it lasts quite long. Not sure whats the problem. 3g ping is stable although a little bit higher (10x). Quite frustrating when im trying to play game.
