Frustrated with DiGi, always drop call / silent call / unclear voice call. Anyone encounter this issue ?

Wanted to find out is DiGi 50 plan Unlimited call still can sign up ? Planning to change my sup line to this plan and port main line to other telco

Not really for me, keep drop call or silent call. I ported out to Telco M but still keep 1 postpaid line with DiGi looking forward for improvement or resolve this issue.

It's okay, my main line now Telco M. While 2nd line still DiGi how to select which network 4G / 3G / 2G for Samsung ? I just noticed that got VoLTE there

I also got Celcom when it's on 2G always get 1 - 2 signal bar only

Anyone encounter issue logging in to digi website account ? I facing error can't see any information, called up their cs not helpful at all.

What's wrong with DiGi network seriously. Even 4G sometimes stream will lag and unstable. Their CS not helpful at all when complaint just give case id but don't really call back to follow up customer. Getting fed up already thinking to port my spare postpaid line out to maxis as well.
