Actually got 4G, on the second floor and third floor can receive it, just that on the ground floor, and at the back of the house, totally no reception.... and stuck with using Streamyx 1mbps....

Well then I'd suggest getting any cat6 4g modem/router like the e5186 router, then add another router as repeater on the ground floor.
Preferably wired lan, not sure if you can get still max speed by setting up as wireless repeater.

try buy a digi prepaid and do a speedtest on your 2nd/third floor.
If speed good and stable, buy a modem (i think the huawei modem quite good, with the external antenna to boost the signal).
Get a powerline and make the connection to downstairs (have to make sure the powerline work for your house electric wire infra, else, pull UTP to downstairs).
Connect a wifi router to the powerline, and now ur ground floor is highspeed internet enable
