Malaysian Wireless FB Page:
We received multiple reports that the Digi network was down this morning. Our checking indicated that Digi is experiencing a power outage in one of its tech centre in West Malaysia and another outage in East Malaysia. Not all customers are affected by this outage. Digi is working on restoring the services. For East Malaysia, it should be restored by 5pm. We hope Digi could update its customers on this matter via its Facebook page. There's no official announcement at the time of writing this. |
