Recenlty my phone keep drop to 3g from LTE, anyone digi user here experienced this? Is the digi line problem or my phone problem?

Which location? No other family member who uses Digi? You can slot in SIM into another phone to validate further or use other SIM into your phone.

4g only phone, got 4g+ or no?
Got possibility will drop to 3g if u using 4g only phone...

guys this few days really slow speed even use on pc,
download only 1mb max but upload hit 7mb. Is it because of congestion ? but i live at kampung

I using nexus 5X, not sure its come with 4g+ or not. Previously also faced this problem, but not so often.

Last time my huawei honor 6 facing the issue....
U can try install gnetrack lite n see if the signal is keep changing or no...

If yes, then u can try to find new phone d lolx

I suggest you just do it at any Digi center or authorize dealer.

The 4g speed is alright (between 10Mbps to 3x Mbps) but sometime the ping spikes until 1.5k and it lasts quite long. Not sure whats the problem. 3g ping is stable although a little bit higher (10x). Quite frustrating when im trying to play game.

Wherever I go, overall Digi coverage is good with 4G and 4G+ constantly in the Klang Valley! I stay offen and I get good coverage. Speed wise between 10Mbps to 30Mbps which i consider ok lah since I browse FB and playing some games! Just upgraded my package Digi Prepaid LIVE to Digi Postpaid 80 since now it has promotion!
