if it's throttled, at least can see it buffering..this totally "no source found" or "404", http error.. laugh.gif .. check their broadband plan..itu baru fb and youtube plan..voip like whatsapp call,wechat video call, fb call all blocked..need to pay additional price to enable it.

unless you wanna pay extra for VPN, not sure if digi blocked vpn addresses too.

existing prepaid rm70 will be forwarded to your postpaid bill afaik.. not sure about the "cooling period".. but afaik should be no problem change to hotlink afterward.
