This two gate lights are also very important for the uniform of Strata title...

Imagine some house use silver, some use Red,.Gold, Blue...

I hope EW could provide limited selection of lights for.owners to chose instead of everyone buying whatever design that they lights.

I have raised this too. I wish more peoples support me by raising same request too... No cost for EW, just effort to control uniform...

I am surprised on the above defects especially the circuit breakers tripping...this is dangerous. It could caused fire to the hse. Usually it will be tested after all the wiring installations, unless or probably there was rain water seeping into the wires causing it to trip or other factors. Usually there will be a final check by the EW team before the VPed to buyers. The water leaking could be substantiated by the wood floor board on 1st floor popping up as too much water will caused the board to pop up. U will need to check in detail the surrounding board as usually water will affect and seep and affect the surrounding other boards also...

On the GF rear sliding door not locking properly, this is not good. Could be installation problems on the sliding frame or the wall frame is not square to fit the aluminum frame or there is sinking of the land causing it to tilt at certain degree to make the door ledge not able to lock the sliding door.

Wth regards main gate not painted and rusting. This will confirm the gate is of poor quality ie Ecogate. With so much branding and marketing, how can u deliver a rusted gate to a buyer as its the 1st thing u see in front of ur hse and the 1st thing u need to touch b4 going inside of ur hse compound.

I am surprised there is uneven n wavy paint at 1C as it was found 1A was having similar problems. EW could be using the same contractor to paint the hse. If 1A completes and hand over to VPed buyer on earlier date, how can 1C having this similar problems as VPed later. As EW staff and consultants need to certify on every stage of the development. So, is tidak apa attitude shown on this. If 1A has such problems would not it be common sense to avoid similar problems in 1B, 1C and 1D or re-rectified it b4 the handover. Does EW have the mentality and mind set to tell buyers, never mind , any problems can be rectified later by the correction team after Vped as it is still under warranty....

EW semenyih is strata title and it will give developer 3 yrs to build n pass to buyers, yet we have such quality problems. Usually normal landed is 2 yrs for completion and handover to buyers.

Really mind boggling on the quality of the handover and shows the mindset of the developer....

1st round of defect rectification done but NOT up to the mark. Get them to do again !  Give rubbish work output.. simply touch up.... Supervisor contractor also face like shit... ! i tell him, he also selamba.. of course their worker also selamba la...

I think I would not buy any house from EW. Quality is not matching high price.

The launching price is at least 100k above the neighbouring developer's price. But quality so so.
