For the sake of convenience then need to incur more cost for security. What's the point? If the lake is mean for leisure and also exercise then just walk out from the main entrance la 😂

So, is tidak apa attitude shown on this. If 1A has such problems would not it be common sense to avoid similar problems in 1B, 1C and 1D or re-rectified it b4 the handover. Does EW have the mentality and mind set to tell buyers, never mind , any problems can be rectified later by the correction team after Vped as it is still under warranty.... EW semenyih is strata title and it will give developer 3 yrs to build n pass to buyers, yet we have such quality problems. Usually normal landed is 2 yrs for completion and handover to buyers. Really mind boggling on the quality of the handover and shows the mindset of the developer.... |
