Time for them to screw their advertising agency for leaving out such details.

i would say that is not a MacBook because there are 2 screws along with the slot drive on the MacBook but in the picture there is no screw at all

I have seen Vista ads include a macbook near to it in some other forum. The pic is quite the same as this, just slight appearance of the macbook and some lines 'Get your Vista here today etc etc'.
