You might need to check with the retail shop where you collect your phone, see if they have any 0% installment merchant available.

Else you have to personally call bank and request for 0% installment for the amount that you just swiped.

To whom having issue with IC held issue, just try open ur browser with icongnito or private browing mode. Since they use cookie. Or just clear chache.

Might as well order from Samsung since 11street discount.
