if screen really kena cracked, service fee is RM100.  So RM248 is for the insurance and extra 1 year warranty.  If nothing happen, you pay RM248.  If really got screen cracked, will need to fork out RM248 + Rm100.  This is what i understand from that Samsung link, correct me if I am wrong.

you should have taken samsung pre-order so u can go collect on 4th may. there's no guarantee Digi will post it to you on 3rd May and u can receive by 4th May.
