To my understanding, the 7000 units with freebies is only applicable through the Official Samsung Site. partners are not counted. Its a dumb move if they oversell the pre order qty or not included freebies in their oversold (>7000) units.

That is only your own assumption. There will surely somebody will care for a complete package and will noise it out if it does not turns out.

Coming from the Note 7 pre order, some partners was offering different freebies & some batches of the pre order are even different than the first batch.

Like Senheng 2nd batch N7 freebies worth RM285 only whereby first batch was the same as Samsung.

Pre order got 3 (I think by accident as others got 2), then recall once got 4

Ohhh then the partners screwed up then... But the so called 2nd batch sales also from the same day wa.. Hope they won't repeat the same mistake again.

Rest assure all the damage is done (poor wallet & maggi mee & bread in the next few months), wait till the dust is settled first.

Like previous N7 pre prder, they have 4000 Samsung set and another 4000 for partners with the same freebies. after that some partner oversold the units with different freebies & different collection date which then the fiasco boomed and it never materialized.

What I meant is that partners can oversold the units and give a different freebies and collection date when stock replenished from Samsung.
