I was a with a vendor worked with IT people in HSBC SST (Self Service Terminal) department of HSBC Hong Kong itself, their IT department is at Olympic station, moving to TKO later, I asked them about Malaysia HSBC's IT department in Malaysia, they commented the Malaysia IT dept sucks, they can't seem to solve problem and something, they have to send staff from Hong Kong/other countries to assist them. Well, this is what I heard, not sure true r not. Most of the products and systems are acquired from vendors, so...well...
