Take note the actual working hour is not as what they mention. If you think you are ready to work long hours without being paid overtime everyday then u can consider. Average expectancy of new joinee there is less than 6 months...

Hi friends,

I am going for an interview on Monday for senior software engineer {8+ years of experience}and in JD they mention that will be working global Traded Credit and Market Risk IT team so would really appreciate if any thoughts.
I don't mind to have a difficult technical interview but i would like to know more about the team and Package offering. TQ

Well the work life balance thing just exist on paper and on their walls. So if you are experienced and expecting this place to be smooth sailing, look elsewhere

If you work in a bank, and furthermore you're an IT personnel, so thus there will be long hours work

But most bank give their projects to vendor, so IT personnel just rely on vendors, so not all IT personnel in bank need work for long hours

Yes, vendors work long hours. Bank has critical deadlines, not that they want you to work long but they need to get it fixed before the next business day.

Very very very nice and relax environment!
It's like you just sit there and wait for the salary!
What's more you always receive your salary by the end of the month at 9 o'clock sharp!
