Inb4 funny things fresh grad do in your company thread Congrats TS on the job offer. But I have to be honest with you, RM2300++ might be not enough for a starting salary on your first job. The best salary you should aim for a salary in this present circumstances shud be RM3000++ for a fresh graduate or more since due to economy pressure and taraf hidup tinggi. Well, its unless you are working in government sector, BUT my friend who work at government sector also been offer up to RM3K for a basic salary when he got accepted by JKR.

TS please stop spoiling engineer market. If you are incompetent stop being an engineer, find your true passion, graduated with B.Degree in Engineering doesn't mean you have to become engineer. RM2.3K for fresh engineer is stupid, at JB some more. Stop law balling yourself. That salary equal to technician salary.

2.3k is the norm today for engineering graduates. Don't compare with govt with higher starting salary bcoz they get very low annual increments.

So many floating graduates around, for sure company can easily lowball. Ask ts die2 want 5k salary, 5 years later still on jobstreet
