from my personal experience, continental tyre only matter when it comes to csc3 uhp class and above. entry level continental csc series tend to
develop a bulging spot. of course csc1 / csc2 will be quieter than v12(due to it's directional tread) but overall performance, it still lose out to v12.
i'll pick the v12 anytime over the csc1 /csc2.
if you prefer a quieter tyre, falken912 is fine. perhaps, you should take a look at the new ps3!

it depend on... of course the entry level gy like ducaro and nct5 sux, the same cannot be said on their uhp tyre. gy eagle f1 / gs3 / assy is a few example of exceptionally fine tyre from gy. albeit, at the higher price.
