Maxis, you have been cheating your customers with plenty of bullshit day by day. Even for someone thats in klang valley and you claim your services are in 3g marginal. That is absolutely bullshit. Your services is getting worse and when we call your customer service and their reply is sorry sir we cant do anything and no plans of upgrading our services. Forgot your recent saga that went viral till your CEO made a video apologizing and offering better packages? Looking forward for another one more? Sure. We are ready.

I have been facing network issue since last year and your staff lied they have fixed it by giving the below statement

In august 2016 the same issue started again and till today your customer service people giving fake empty lies. Today your agent called and say we have no plans to upgrade and cant do anything about it. Really? Seriously?

Paying almost RM160 a month and getting internet quality equal to 3g and calls getting disconnected. When it rains it becomes like Astro, extremely poor network connection to none. I have lodged a report with CFM and they claim you said its fixed and closed the case. How smart. This is not the end.

My maxis 4g is very slow after signing the iphone8 package. Previously was all good until i sign up the package. Even opening up a google page will take me 5-10 seconds. But playing video is ok. So i suppose is the respond time is very slow ?

Yup, maxis sucks big time for now. In setapak, maxis is the worse while digi and other seems stable. I still wonder why the heck am i even paying this much while they provide the worse service. Every time i complain, they keep yapping the same boring script makes me wanna puke.

Just follow what most of us did . Just port out. I ported out 2 years ago . Happy ever since. The problem with maxis their effort is not to make customer happy but to make their shareholder rich remember the chaos they did by offering secret plans?
