I have been facing network issue since last year and your staff lied they have fixed it by giving the below statement

In august 2016 the same issue started again and till today your customer service people giving fake empty lies. Today your agent called and say we have no plans to upgrade and cant do anything about it. Really? Seriously?
Paying almost RM160 a month and getting internet quality equal to 3g and calls getting disconnected. When it rains it becomes like Astro, extremely poor network connection to none. I have lodged a report with CFM and they claim you said its fixed and closed the case. How smart. This is not the end.
