I've attach a copy of my 3-4weeks pregnancy ultrasound.

I've attached 2 ultrasound, 1 is original picture another 1 i circle the black dot just in case you cannot see. in the photo will have 2 side 1 left and 1 right. both are the same only is my gynae took 2 times.

May i know what is the second dot. That i told by my gynae the middle 1 is my baby. but i wonder what is another 1. i asked my gynae but he seems not give me any answer of that.

I just wander any mummy experience it before. you may can share your experience.

Now i have some brown things come out, kinda worry about that. anyone have any experience too?
This is my 3rd pregnancy, my 1st was like that, but doc said ok. 2nd 1 also like that but miscarriage.
Now just have 3rd after 5 months of miscarriage. so very worry bout it.

this is transabdominal ultrasound.

the second dot is most likely the cervix.

i can't say it is twin or not. too early to see.

as for the brown thing, if it is just a spot (like 20 sen coin size) usually it is ok.
anything more than that can be considered threatened miscarriage( risk of miscarriage)
