sorry but u cant assume. i will get as far as i can from dogs same as with spiders and snakes coz i have phobia. i been in few occasion where dog chase me, bit me and etc. but i try to face the fear slowly now. i can walk near dogs now, just not the one who bark at me.

but i not gonna throw stone etc unless they gonna attack me. been in that situation many time before. i also dunno why (house) dog keep barking at me even i didnt do anything :confused:

One really honest question from me. Been wondering for the longest time perhaps.

I used to be scared of dogs when I was a kid due to me being chased by a dog and my little sister was bitten by it. Unlike my traumatized sister, I managed to overcome the fear from reading the tips given by /k/ years ago. These days, I am no longer scared of dogs, not even the stray ones. But I do realize something, stray dogs will not bark at me, but those being kept in the house compound barked relentlessly whenever I passed by in front of the houses (in my neighbourhood). Why arrr?

Ahhh~ make sense though. But I always suspect that the house dogs in my neighbourhood are being prejudice against me because whenever my Mom walked in front of those houses, they don't bark at her, but the strays on the other hand will do sometimes and my Mom can easily get agitated.

some dogs bark some are not. usually the one who bark is behind the gates. street dogs ok ok only with me. even close by they dont bark. just walk pass by and i also walk pass them.

i aint even that close to the house  . but i understand what u mean. the chiwawa one i not scare but some house go muscular big dog where 1 bite sure gonna tear off my arm. one time when i was doing something, my scumbag neighbor open the gate and the dog come strait at me barking. our house 2 gates away. i just said shoo shoo and dog keep barking. i look at the owner, he talking on the phone. what a douche.
this is what i meant too. not barking. the barking part is other part of story. not related. the dog was ready to jump already. i not the type of torturing animal one. even my house is a mini zoo with cats, turtle and hedgehogs. no way i gonna hurt an animal unless i force too. i love them
