Buy Cyberjaya because:
1) KL and PJ no more space for affordable landed properties for the average wage earner. Even if there is space, it will not be affordable for majority of wage earners unless ownership of successful businesses profiting every year.
2) Mindset insisting on brand new houses. Even if these older subsale houses 10 year old DSL terrace/superlink homes are located in PJ or some super appealing location at the same price as new launch, they won't be considered as well. Travelling the distance is an acceptable sacrifice. At least Cyberjaya is still in Southern Klang Valley, that's how most people feel for own stay.
Within the next 20 years, I foresee that Cyberjaya development will be focused more on residential properties especially landed properties. Once residential population increases, only will they build new commercial shoplots such as the shoplots at KFC, TacoBell, pizza Hut.
There are many old office and industrial complexes which appear quite deserted outside the CBD area with multistoreys of empty car parks.
Around 9PM, streets start to become empty. You can also get to see free-roam cows enjoying the peaceful environment like in the picture below, taken less than 1km away from D-Pulze.
