I am thinking of moving to Cyberjaya and looking at Lakefront Residence condo for own stay. The first phase condo is going to be ready soon but I am looking at their second phase which is closer to the prima condos. I was told by the developer that the second phase condo is cheaper around 420K compared to the first phase as it has less facilities. It will also share the retail outlets with prima condos but resident of prima condos will have no access to the second phase condo. What is worrying me is the second phase is supposed to have 3 blocks but only 1 block launched only.

Any better condos old or new in cyberjaya costing around 400K to 450K?
