My friend also received similar kind of ads from Agent saying Semi-D is only cost RM1mil in Puchong/Cyberjaya area. Upon checking, its located in Sri Sendayan. Blacklist those deceive agent.

Its small for 3 storey. But I have not seen the design before.
I know Putra Prima (Puchong) now is having promotion for their left over unit.. rebate up to RM200k for 3 storeys.. for 2 storey, BU is 2500+ and after discount is about RM960k+.. Perhaps worth for you to have a look.
