Last time i go inside to get some papers signed, if the student mc/missingn they have to bring their parents &document to prove they are really sick/emergency 😳

SK/SMK Cyberjaya are TRUST SCHOOLS jointly administered by Khazanah Nasional (i.e. Yayasan Amir Foundation) and the respective school principals.

The trust schools are highly autonomous such that the joint administrators are fully empowered to run the school with minimal interference from the MOE.

The trust school programme is well funded by the deep pockets of Khazanah Nasional and other corporate sponsors such as Petronas, UEM, etc.

While the trust programme initially targeted rural schools as its "proving ground", the later cohorts were mainly urban schools including SK/SMK Cyberjaya.

Among other notable trust schools include MCKK and TKC (many corporate and government leaders came from these 2 schools).
