Sorry not aware of 400k landed in cyber recently. Cheapest I know a while back was laman view 700k double storey.

Nola. Like I said cyber compare to mature townships still cheaper. Go to USJ or PJ and for the same size same concept 1.5 times more expensive.
There are few ministers having houses in higher end of cyber, keeping low profile.

In the masterplan bang. They seem to be of agreement at this . However they shifted plan. Initial plan was highrise and landed approval same rate. but since cheaper no frills landed like old USJ types houses are being snapped up like crazy, starting frfom lamanview, ROT, then safiro, they want to launch landed n fill up , then next only highrise
