Just 30 minutes from Kl via mex

Even people living in putra height or damansara kim or shah alam can only reach Kl within that time with traffic jams all over their area

And still want to say cyberjaya is 'far'

It just open for few days and expect thousand students lol

Coz cyberjaya city centre mega project will be there

Dell and Shell hire more locals than foreigners
You can count with fingers the non malaysians

Any sane man can see Cyberjaya is a new city and only starting to mature so they cant absorb that much of properties

While i agree with you it is not a good place to invest it doesnt take away the fact that it is a great and liveable city for those who actually buy for their own living

Good thing about cyberjaya it is a planned city

So you wont see dumpsters style industry, seedy 'massage' place, hawkers occupying main road, workshop beside restaurants, school located far away, factories and industries in the middle of residential areas etc

The funny thing is ppl expect a liveable city is like Subang or Damansara

They tend to forgot Cyberjaya is a enterprise driven city - not commercial

The reason why ppl still feel CJ is far is because between the travel between CJ and KL there is no other worthy place to go

If you stay in Klang, the travel to KL means you go through Shah Alam, Subang and PJ

If you stay in Rawang travelling to KL, you will see Sg Buloh and Damansara areas

If you stay in Semenyih travelling to KL, you will see Kajang and then Cheras

If you stay in Cyberjaya travelling to KL? You will see nothing in between .. maybe Bukit Jalil when you near KL but before that nothing ..

The only neighbouring city nearby is Putrajaya and Dengkil .. which is a similar dead city

PKNS Land is not Cyberjaya .. it is Cybervalley, Sepang but some creative marketing by PKNS they managed to dupe ppl to think they are ‘Cyberjaya’ ..

The land in CV is leasehold and owned mostly by Selangor State gov. They even have their own postcode different from Cyberjaya.
Few years ago they even managed to put their 63300 Sepang to Cyberjaya post office (so that PKNS/selangor state gov can sell their properties easier)

While Cyberjaya is freehold and owned by Setia Haruman and Cyberview which is under Ministry of Finance (federal)

The project is under Selangor state gov so thats why Cyber Valley is chosen and not real Cyberjaya building you mentioned
