Every township have their pros and cons, by sharing some good factor, something that I like about Cj  means it is only in CJ and Cj is the best township ? This is a joke and I call them extremist...haha

Yeah I have agreed to all the Cyberians' comments in this forum to ignore the duo or pair who spoke nonsense n harassed us. Too annoying n nuisance. CJ is here to stay as most of us are intelligent citizens

yeah and the prices also depends on who the developer is. Reputable developers or Top 5 usually the prices are quite premium. Depends on the location too. I drove in the old town of Dengkil n i am sure the old properties there quite reasonable.

I just bought a house at Square Garden but I'm working in Kelana Jaya. Wanna know which is the best route (or any alternative routes) to and from. Considering tolls and traffic. Would be nice to get some insights even though the house will only be completed by 3rd quarter 2019

Other than LDP, are there any other routes? Usually LDP jam gilaaa.
I saw in Google Maps I can use ELITE as well.
Not sure about the toll price tho

I just bought a condo at Cyberjaya last week and I get scolded by my parents. They said I made a wrong decision.

How old are you that you still got scolded by your parents? When come to investments of various kind, I usually don't ask neighbors, friends, siblings, parents etc. I will do research because if you listen to them, you will get confused big time.

Parent's opinion? Must be puchong cheras pj la...even u buy booming place like bukit jalil they won't agree with u.

depends on what u want... I think summerglades is no frill G&G, maintenance fee could be cheaper....

MBTL & Summerglades both are low density development in Cyber 7, this area is quite peaceful & putrajaya lake just in the opposite

Location wise quite good, easy access to the highway, klia, dengkil, mex,

to dpulze 5-10mins all the way straight and peaceful environment. There wont be more development because there is no more land, only bungalow land for sale. That piece of land is too small for highrise.
