QUOTE(xlancer @ Mar 28 2017, 12:24 PM) Everyone keep complain it is far, but then support location like Setia Alam, Semenyih, Rawang, or somewhere between Shah Alam and Klang Semenyih is so much worse than Cyber in terms of location. It's like in the middle of nowhere. 50 minutes drive to KL is not near! Been to both EcoWorld and SEH. Was particularly impressed by EcoWorld but the location is a big drawback. However, this is just my opinion. (Sorry people who have invested in Semenyih) In the end, I invested in Cyber.

QUOTE(babygrand123 @ Apr 1 2017, 11:38 PM) I feel cyberjaya like a foreigner town or to be exact middle east feel. Please take a tour at Dpluze shopping center to have better picture. Please don't feel offensive because it just my 2 cent ok & G9 to everyone. Where there's college, there's middle eastern and African, no? I wonder if Inti Subang, Sunway or even Monash have these group of people or they're not accepted into these colleges?

The presence of foreigners is strongly felt in Cyber coz it's a small area/town whatever u want to call it. Whereas in Subang and Sunway, they're scattered around but that doesn't mean they don't exist. I believe even in super posh area like Mont Kiara, they still exist albeit in smaller number. If ur intention is to bring Cyber down by 'counting' its weaknesses, then perhaps u can spread ur hatred somewhere else but not here.

QUOTE(icemanfx @ Apr 3 2017, 03:15 PM) Only desperate investors are passionate on CBJ. Bystander have no interest or feeling on CBJ, merely here to correct facts. Like snatch thieves happen in almost every areas, some more than others. If those prefer to stay at high frequency area, it is his choice. By defensive or denying, snatch thief is still occuring. Most west African in CBJ are there for reasons other than studying. For reasons, why real estate price in areas (e.G uk, us) populated with west African fetch a low price. Say all u want and I don't see Cyber's market comes crushing down now or in near future. Based on ur opinion, I suppose Garden Residence, SEG, Symphony and so on have made a BIG mistake by launching their product in Cyber. Maybe u're a Subang or Cheras boy and for sure Cyber will not be ur cup of tea due to its location. But you don't have to keep bashing it. If u haven't got nice thing to say just then don't say! The price might be a little stagnant now due to recession and oversupply but the bottom line is it still sells, maybe not nearly as easy to sell as some developer might think. I had friends who bought Symphony Hill and Sejati recently. And I bought SEG if u care to know. I guess location is the biggest selling point for people who work in airport. Anyway, just my one cent worth.

QUOTE(icemanfx @ Apr 4 2017, 01:44 PM) No one is hating CBJ. Only desperate cbj investors hate to accept facts and reality. It was desperate CBJ investors kept bragging and repeating misleading and incorrect nonsense. This is a forum for discussion, if you couldn't accept facts and alternative opinion, there is WhatsApp group and fb. Even during the deep of economic recession, there will still be transaction. Only question of volume and price. Well, I hope it's not because u missed the boat to invest in Cyber (or incapable of) and u turn bitter and sour. Just saying. Peace out.

QUOTE(Breaktru @ Apr 14 2017, 05:04 PM) Even if the road totally empty I find it quite far fetched . Working in Cyberjaya here btw . Cheras, Kampung Pandan Jaya etc are all fairly close to KL. But no thanks. The environment is not conducive for living. Just my opinion.

QUOTE(icemanfx @ Apr 16 2017, 11:18 PM) When residential under construction and planning in cbj are completed and fully occupied, cbj population will be more than tripled. by that time, for cbj not to be congested or remain liveable, could only hope residential remain largely vacant. what about proposed tram for cbj and mex extension to klia? won't it will similarly cause property price to drop? Well, it looks like in the back of ur mind u do agree that population will triple in future for whatever reason. And that tells a lot and it contradicts with all ur previous negative views on Cyber. P/S don't reply ok. We've had enough.

QUOTE(Marine Boy @ Apr 16 2017, 09:28 PM) I visited D'Pulse several times n there was a crowd. All the eateries n supermarket are doing so well. Even the car park was full. The restaurants serve nice n yummy food. It is high time that Cyberjaya open more luxurious malls to cater for the residents there. Yep, went for movie few days ago and it's congested!

QUOTE(Marine Boy @ Apr 17 2017, 03:35 PM) D'Pulse was so crowded on weekdays n weekends and of course night time too. This is because the crowd was also spill-over from Putrajaya where Alamanda cannot support the happenings. Hence more happenings are found in D'Pulse. Jaya Grocer has long queues and normally the management can 'sniff' where the money is. Therefore, they open one supermarket in D' Pulse. Again the concept of Tamarind Square is only reachable to certain crowd and we definitely do not want 'Ah Bengs', 'Ah Ngaus' and 'Ah Cows'. The feedback Beany gave to us about 'the current night population in CJ' is out-dated and old news . Spill over from Alamanda? Does alamanda even have business nowadays? Restaurant yes. Retail no comment.

QUOTE(icemanfx @ May 29 2017, 12:23 AM) CBJ is old horse pet project; given what has happened to proton n perwaja steel, jib gor prefer has nothing to do with it. That will depend on how much of 20+ wip towers will be occupied. Looks like u're a 'paid' basher to spread negative news about Cyber. I'm not surprised if u're linked to moderator of this forum or other agencies. And I know my post will be deleted in no time.

QUOTE(icemanfx @ May 31 2017, 11:31 PM) Judging from cbj track record in the last 20 years, announcing projects and planning could be the best in the universe but implementation is more like jaguh kampung. with oversupply piling high and more newly vp high rise underwater, only those with vested interest would pin hope on bag of hot gas. So? If u wanna buy then buy. Don't wanna buy then just zip your lip.

QUOTE(Amaru @ Jun 4 2017, 04:28 PM) Hi guys I'm interested in buying a condo in CyberJaya for own stay. I'm single and although I don't mind staying in a studio and can work from home/remotely, I don't have a car. I'm looking for an area where it has essential stores or a mall. Which condo/area do you guys recommend? BTW I only been to CBJ for work, so I've only been inside the industrial buildings where they host the servers for those MSCs. Totally unfamiliar with the more residential areas. According to auntie ice kacang, there're 20+ unsold towers in Cyber. Maybe u can ask her which one is a 'depressed ' unit and get a good deal outta it.

QUOTE(icemanfx @ Jun 13 2017, 12:27 AM) Klia and cbj were built 20 years ago and there is vast piece of unbuilt land available between klia and cbj. jack ma's dftz is at klia, over 30 km away. it seems kampung and bagan that has 7-11 will have cashless transaction before some smart city. http://www.thestar.com.my/business/busines...-accept-alipay/ Subang existed 50 years ago. It's what it's today after 50 years?
