cyberjaya township properties are my regrets unfortunately. i am lucky that still have tenants and no gaps in between move out and move in of new ones during the long period of mco since 2020. but with a caveat, reduced rentals.

i just hope the upcoming train stations will spice the township a little bit. the hospital is still quite quiet.
