Hi, new to the thread but judging from the posts here, it seems like ppl that hates cyberjaya are mostly investors. I am thinking of moving to cyberjaya and from my experience going around there, it is quite nice isnt it? plus the prop prices also become reasonable now. So why not right?

QUOTE(AskarPerang @ Jun 5 2022, 04:32 PM) CERITA TRAGEDI HARTANAH YANG GILA.
Setiap unit negative cashflow RM2000 sebulan. Lepas 3 tahun semua duit cashback ni habis. The way i see it, this is a good news for Cyberjaya as more n more greedy investors are out from this area. Im currently looking forward to purchase a property n stay around here. Too many auction units doesnt mean the area is bad for living. Maybe it is a few years back but as for now, lelong properties will stabilize the price of properties in cyber hence allowing more ownstayers to purchase or at least capable investors to provide competitive & affordable rental here. We also see the trend of auction properties are decreasing in cyberjaya. Yes we always say "give cyberjaya a few more years", but this time im seeing that cyberjaya will be a great township this coming years!
