I think u kinda like " Donald Trump"..people talk about 5G..he talks about 6G which might happen 10 years from now..

Putrajaya MRT is just slightly across ( North ) Cyberjaya, one or 2 MRT stations away . I think most people in Cyberjaya would drive and park at Puytrajaya due to big car parks there.

We can have sea food either at P Klang or Terengganu ..many choices..

I believe east coast Rakyat i.e students and working adults would love this mode of transportation.

I find one interesting fact at place I stay lately ( Cyberjaya )

When I moved in to Cyberjaya 3 years ago , my place/area was crowded with some Africans .

3 years later , I hardly meet or see these groups of people...and the place is replaced with more Malays. And they are open minded, moderate, warm and friendly. Some are Government servants and some are students etc

To me , if 100 Africans moves out and replaced with only 40 good quality tenants like I just mentioned, I do not feel it is a " lost " to us ( buying for home stay ).

To me, never mind the 100 who left Cyberjaya may complain a lot . But from landlords' perspective..these may not be the quality tenants i.e rents not paid in time , furniture n fittings damaged, and maybe hygiene factor and so on.

There are always 2 sides of a coin. So judge your own.

Why u want make yourself sleepless for so long just because of 20 Towers thing ?

For us , who buy for home stay do not worry about the 20 + one tower.

WE also admitted long time ago, Cyberjaya is not a good place to invest yr money ....it is an " opened secret" .go and look for somewhere else to invest ..no need for you to waste your time here.

This place has lot of commercial lots may include some very polluted industries..

Sometimes people may think the Moon is always brighter on the other side.

And the highways nearby are the frequent routes of some heavy vehicles day and night..pollution is one thing, noise is another.

Sometimes people like to complain about Cyberjaya, but totally ignore the health concern of their own townships
