Why unsuccessful people like to post and share nonsense in this forum?

This thread is about our home in Cyberjaya n why they bothered to post anything here if they dislike CJ.

Some of you commented they encountered foreclosure and i am beginning to believe every word of it.

To be successful, one must read & research a lot and not based on surface readings, hear-says or gossips.

Everyone loves to take a 5min walk to office , why susah susah build the MRT  n LRT is full..

If u talk to Japanese this way, they think u are from another planet  wink.gif

I totally agree with you about japanese thinking. They sit the train to work and have to walk several minutes to reach the train station b4 riding the trains. This is their ways of life. After reaching the destination, they have to walk long distances b4 reaching their offices. That is why i always emphasized that an individual must make thorough research, reading and observations b4 they open their mouths.

Malaysia, Indonesia, India and the Philippines are some of the emerging countries that have significant investments in infrastructure developments. These countries, which are also growing, offer good prospects for investors.

Infrastructure development will definitely be an added value to the security of income, especially for business owners who are looking at setting up their operations in that place. They could be public transportation, airports, and highways or roads, which could promote better connectivity

Well said. The key word is infrastructure and connectivity. Again CJ is so near to the airports and i saw many futuristic warehouses with wide roads worth for investments. Retail shops or malls are losing out to online shops as with the wave of trend, many love shopping online for better discounts due to companies can save on storage and retail space. Courier and logistic companies benefitted from this.

Quote from a wise man: If you fill a jug with a narrow neck or 'bottle neck' with many jars containing gallons of sesame oil, how much sesame oil can be filled in the jug? Any Cyberians want to guess n give an answer?

HI Zres,

I am just active in this forum lately. Just to clarify with you as many mentioned about ICE KACANG here, which is annoying n talking nonsense which created fabricated talks that not only annoy Cyberians but gave bias information.

Is this equation correct?

Icemanfx + Beancounter = ICE KACANG

It is my bad.

I never knew that these two persons created so much trouble in this forum that caused our thread to change to Serious Kopitiam.

Through my understanding of these behaviours on my studies on Behavioural science and psychology: these people wants attention due to being financially failed or multiple failures in their lives. If they kept posting fabricated stories, nonsense, lies, bias information to confuse others; they are termed the Internet or forum Perverts. Their common behavior is to harass people's comments and created nuisance and noises.

We just ignore them and hopefully, we can subdue the Ice-Kacangs' antagonism. Just like melting the wicked witches of the West from the Wizard of Oz.

Confirm my theory. Last year was bad. This year prices are picking up.

Launches in nearby not so central location like Dengkil are not low price. DSL from RM670K by IOI. Condo from RM500psf by Sunsuria.
*
yeah and the prices also depends on who the developer is. Reputable developers or Top 5 usually the prices are quite premium. Depends on the location too. I drove in the old town of Dengkil n i am sure the old properties there quite reasonable.

If condos are purchased cheaply for investments should be quite OK if can rent out to students studying nearby. My property in CJ is for own stay n i have condo next to LRT for investment purpose in other parts of KV.

Those who invested on condos to be rented out to students should be OK as the Universities in CJ are quite reputable.

I just bought a condo at Cyberjaya last week and I get scolded by my parents. They said I made a wrong decision. sad.gif

How old are you that you still got scolded by your parents? When come to investments of various kind, I usually don't ask neighbors, friends, siblings, parents etc. I will do research because if you listen to them, you will get confused big time.

Basically, all parents are conservative over investments on shares and properties as, during those days, they get news only from newspapers and they dont have access to the Internet. All parents brought up their children with good manners and knowledge but some failed. Those who have failed, borne those who are annoying and a huge 'pest' to others and in the society.

yea true, but so far they respect my choices and my decisions....and I don't find it annoying since it was kind intention/advises.
*
I am sure your parents will trust and respect your choices and decisions because they know that you calculate your risks and done thorough research. You dont based your decision-making based on gossips, hear-says and noises that caused confusion. You ignore those that give wrong and bias information.

Yes my parent don't invest at all ... but gain some profit from property because sold one that initially plan to use for own stay.

to them every single dollar is blood sweat money so it is safest to keep in bank...risk adverse
*
These are normal behaviours of all parents and there is no right or wrong. My parents also worked hard and saved to invest in properties but i learn the ropes of trade when i was a young boy. I started working when i was a boy and from there i know how to value money. Thats why i always emphasized on research and getting the right information. I was not the least deter by any noise created in this forum. To me noises created by some are like "Tin Kosong".

I encountered some agents who are new in their jobs and approached many property owners whether they want to let go their properties which is above RM1M. Firstly, those who purchased properties above RM1M are not flippers as they have to cough a huge amount to pay the initial deposits as getting loans from the banks are difficult.

Flipping properties are things of the past but still many agents are living at this lost era.
