Somehow u choose the worse one to compare. Like that no place is liveable. Out of the 11 landed I own , majority out of cyber mostly in subang ones i cant say all are doing perfect as well. So it's not a cyber problem. If u r interested i can tell u which landed are good in cyber.
Lepironia semi the resort one is good , starting at sub 2m, charm of nusantara is ok, if u r looking for budget ones IOB landed are good , terrace starting at 1m. These are good for own stay

This lowyat forum can be really boring nowadays, many people like us mute & make money better

So many talk like pro in Malaysia properties, really can make your day damn fun

I wonder if any those invested in DJIA since 2010+, else they are just wasting time talk cock here, kind of pity that they never spend such time for family & friends

Yeap, only 1 transaction for as long as the website has recorded this ( i set the timeline to "all transactions"). VP 2 years ago and only 1 transaction? Launch price RM550k as per propsocial, and now developer lelong at 400k? So now the owners can't liquidate their assets because most of them would have loans outstanding with the banks north of RM400k.
