I used to stay in KL and work in CBJ.
My husband used to stay in PJ and work in CBJ.
No issue on travelling, thanks to many highway and expressway options available.

In contrast, when I stayed in PJ and worked in KL, or even worked in PJ itself, I always drive like mad people due to the traffic jam stress lol...

I think the township is good, doesn't give me any negative vibe like those I get in other town. Like for eg traffic, road side stall, messy parking, noisy.
Also good infrastructure, school, hospitals, mrt, shopping, eateries is within the vicinity albeit more exspensive. Fast Internet. no electricity and water / minimal Internet down time when I was there for 5 years perviously is a plus. Whole Selangor got water distrubtion but not in cyber.

I don't mind the now, I'm for the future. I think government will pour money to cyber just like how they did for petaling Jaya when kl is still government administration hq last time. Putrajaya need a satellite city to support its function.

Edited :- another important point, cyberjaya don't have land for factories / industrial. Only commercial + residential. So...

As an ex-MMU student, I find life in Cyberjaya quite laid back. But since opportunity to work can be found in Puchong, Seri Kembangan, or even Serdang area, (which are near to Cyberjaya by LDP road and back road etc) I will buy a house there if I wanted a HOUSE TO STAY. But investing-wise, I am 50-50.. since you have to be very very competitive doing AirBnB or rentals. But if I manage to build up my finances and my spending power is bigger, I would hold a property in Cyberjaya and reap the rewards in 10- years time.

With Tun M back in power, I envisage the following series of events may contribute positively to CBJ future.

1. HSR cancelled
2. Bandar Malaysia project to be reviewed
3. KL Internet City (KLIC) project, i.e. the services hub of DFTZ*, in Bandar Malaysia may be reviewed as well
4. Jack Ma is coming to town to meet Tun M in order to keep DFTZ project alive (read here)
5. Tun M may ask Jack Ma to relocate the services hub of DFTZ from KLIC Bandar Malaysia to CBJ
6. With CBJ hosting the services hub of DFTZ, it will attract Alibaba, Lazada and numerous other e-commerce companies to this city.

*As of now, the two key components of Digital Free Trade Zone (DFTZ) are (read here):
    i.  fulfillment hub (in KLIA)
    ii.  services hub (in KLIC Bandar Malaysia)

Is this the MEX exit which is quite near to Setia Eco glades. Then its really nearer to Cyber than Putrajaya. To vast majority almost all of us, Cyberjaya will be a better place than Putrajaya. I dont get why people want to stay in Putrajaya
