Another plus of " less jam " in Cyberjaya is the Time Internet..downloading a BD movie takes about 10mins or so..also multitasking i.e allowing 3 different users to watch 3 different movies at same time ...and at much cheaper price than TM Net.

Malaysia is seriously shortage of affordable houses

In time to come 20 Towers may seem to be irrelevant ....?

It is not really over supply , it is the " under supply " of affordable houses..

The problem is set to become a bigger one over time. There is currently a shortage of 960,000 units of affordable housing in Malaysia, with the number projected to reach 1 million units by 2020, according to the central bank’s estimates.

I got a friend in Cheras renting out his property for 1500rm ( original quoted at rm 3,000 ) for over a thousand sq ft, apparently also affected by the 20 Towers in Cyberjaya.....so powerful the impact , perhaps the impact is nationwide.

If u like a place..it is insane to talk about its ( property ) market value on daily basis.

How u feel for yourself .about the place...good or bad , u can always share it out..

If u own a nice car such as BMW..do u talk about its capital depreciation every day.with your friends ..or u just get to enjoy the car u have....

Some treat property just a mere Asset they have , well when come to investments..they perhaps have other betters investment vehicles to persuade ..

Just my 2sen opinion

We cannot really say why others should not stay in Putrajaya..it is one own lifestyle and preferences..we need to respect someone 's decision.

There are plus sides of Putrajaya.....one is there are many gateless or fence-less resident areas..I presume it is safe per se biggrin.gif

Many open space , gardens and lake side activities..the natural environment that provides more fresh air and with less " pressure " lifestyle.

Recently u may hear or see big flooding in Puchong City ..sometimes the price people need to pay for ( ya Puchong... many say much better that Cyberjaya.....no doubt about it ) .
