Yes for fast grocery, we can shop at D'Pulse. For weekly grocery, shopping at Tesco at IOI City mall is a brilliant idea. Also too many restaurants n cafes to spoil us. Lucky Ciberians

Melbourne to me is so so. A mini London. I could say, it is emulating the greater London. Why have Cheras to do with Yarra? My choice of Yarra's wine is ok saja.

15mins to IOI City mall. You better live in a smelly wet market if u want to buy a bottle of soya sauce for a few seconds. Really talking like an old kid which sounds nonsensical.

Look at IOI City mall, it is huge n well designed. IOI can vision a huge n gigantic cash cow to capture the market from residents of Putrajaya n Cyberjaya. Look at the large parking bay for buses mainly tourist bus. It emulates that of Hong Kong shopping mall. There is a potential of a huge market. Those who works not in Malaysia but staying in Cyberjaya find assessing to the airports a great joy. Once they fly back weekly on monthly, they can enjoy the infrastructure n landscape of both Putrajaya n Cyberjaya. Even nowadays people don't need to drive to traditional office to work as they can work in the comfort of their houses or even at Starbucks or anywhere. We have to grow with trends n not have an old fashion mind. Those trolls who wants to learn trends can contact me.

Tree lined streets n driving 15 mins to an IOI City mall reflects on superb infrastructure n landscape. Try driving in Tuscany then u know whai i mean. Please update yourself by travelling n seeing the bigger picture in life. Dont act like the 95% people with narrow vision n kept repeating on napic, auction n blah blah. Dont b negative or if u r looking for cheaper housing - look for Bt Beruntung

To so many people, Melbourne n Perth are liveable cities. I have travelled the whole of Australia n certainly not my cup of tea. Costs of properties went up n thanks to the China's purchasing power. The local Aussies complaint like hell on rising costs of living n the property prices. So these are the pros n cons of Australia cities if people dont understand the definition of pros n cons. With Putrajaya's superb infrastruture somehow reminded me of mini Manhattan.

QUOTE(Zres @ May 1 2017, 02:13 PM) I afraid some ppl will interpret ur msg as CJ better than melb or Perth... they need to understand what is personal pref. U mentioned melb like a mini London, to me they are mini London + mini HK. Many rich Asian 2nd generation in melb =p Yeah these people with narrow minds n narrow visions will condemn what i said but i dont care. We are here to share knowledge, wisdom n experiences. I have done researches too on the places i travel. Basically i like the way Londoners live, they read in the parks, underground, cafes n places of interest. Having conversation with them can gather knowledge but of course i filter the noises too.To my parents, their kampung really better than melb or Perth. I am happy to see them happy with where they stay. |

QUOTE(SKY 1809 @ May 1 2017, 12:57 PM) I remember u did mention about noises in the markets, and I am a believer of this theory.. Bro...congrats. Singapore property stock index surged up due to MAS relaxing measures n this boost confidence of the property stock prices. So again, we have to filter the noise from the reality but at times...i repeat at times...Trolls help us a lot if the noise created by them work to our advantage. It gives me chance to buy something cheap when there is tonne of negative noise out there ... I just sold Dnex for a 45% profit after holding for less than 3 months , when there is tonne of noise saying it is good ( from bad previously ) .. |

This forum is about: "Why U buy Cyberjaya?" It is a clear cut topic where many people understand the meaning of it. But there are people who talked nonsense n repeatingly mentioned about napic, underwater, auction, 15mins to get soya sauce blah blah blah like an old broken record. No wander when I lectured in Universities, some got A+ n some failed in their examination. This is because they don't learn to use logic n rationale in answering simple questions. This is called 'failed state of mind'. Perhaps I should do a research on why certain people behave this way.

QUOTE(Zres @ May 1 2017, 11:37 PM) If this is a HONDA or TOYOTA club of cos everyday we talk about HONDA / TOYOTA... LOL...we talk about features and driving experience... Hahaha...I m driving an European car but I don't get offended. Perhaps we should form a forum to share knowledge on our CJ's township n other investment tools. From there we can cast-away elements of doubts n get rid of noises. I kinda like my sound proof tempered glass wall of my residence.**I know many bosses here driving bigger car, don't get offended...lol |

QUOTE(icemanfx @ May 2 2017, 06:05 AM) If 15 minutes difference in traveling time is important, perhaps you should be staying 5 minutes walk to your workplace rather than 25km+ away. Of all the nonsense you are talking about, for the 1st time I agree with you. There is another troll like you talking about another fren here taking 15 mins to buy soya sauce, I asked the troll to stay in wet market n take only seconds to buy soya sauce. |
