I believe the reason why the sunset was mentioned is because the picture of the houses and water way with sunset as backdrop formed a spectacular view at Setia Marina. The only other place I can think of with such view is Eco Park. And maybe EmeralyBay at JB. Definitely not available in Cheras Kepong Kampung Pandan etc. All I can think about for those areas mentioned is nothing but chaos. Sorry people who are from there.

Firstly, it seems that you know nothing. Just pipe down. Like someone mentioned, the landscape in Lepironia is award winning. But getting an access to the water way will be icing on cake. The part that I'm not happy is the denied access. They should build a common area on the island side for everyone to enjoy. Just my one cent.

Does anyone know where the future Cyberjaya MRT station is and when will it be operational?

I read the MRT Line 2 map and it says Cyber North and Cyber City Centre. I believe there are two different stations. And I wonder where their location is.

In terms of resident profile, besides expat and middle eastern people, I was told there is a sizeable community of pilot and cabin crew in Cyberjaya. Some even own high end property there. As for KL-rians, only places like Cheras, PJ and so on can please them.

If that's an issue then I guess the whole Malaysia should just stay in Cheras, Subang, PJ or KL in order to avoid 'blacks' and stay close enough to city. Some Chinese, unfortunately can be very r@cist.

I believe it doesn't matter where u stay if u're rich. But if u barely made it every month then staying far from ur workplace can be struggling.
