Think Positively ..rather than coming out many imaginary/invented stories

In investment world, unwanted noises are created everywhere ....that is what they are good at by producing " half tank full " or Tin Kosong noises. Biasa lah.

Not a word on Data Centres ..all suddenly made invisible by him ( another Tin Kosong ) ? Errors found everywhere in the articles such as" MRT station that nobody wants to use" ??? The article written is basically to promote himself ( the main aim ). Nothing much.


" The city center has already been developed for decades. HSBC, Shell, RBC, etc are all located within the current city center. Do you honestly think this company will want to move their office to a new city center? Who would wanna waste millions building new office when you already have an office just a few KM away. Is there a guarantee we can create jobs in these area? Plus Cyberjaya already has an oversupply of housing. Now you are telling me they want to create a new city cenrer, with new houses, shoplots, shopping malls, etc. Their solution is to create more housing even after decades of oversupply. Cyberjaya has been a dead city for decades, what makes u think this new city center will suddenly be so full of people? We are creating a bubble and that is not good. What Cyberview should have done is increased density in the current city center and built an MRT station right at the middle of the city center. You dont get to waste billions of taxpayers money building new roads, highways, MRT station that nobody wants to use. Use the taxpayers money wisely and do not be satisfied with these incompetent services

If I have not mistakened, Cyberjaya was loaded with Data Centres from the past to the present.

Now, many investors talk big if they find a Data centre in their kampung ...

The trend now is People talk about Data Centres on daily basis.

I guess u are right, just a paper gain if u are not going to sell yr property.

To many , having a property is just a mean to stay aka pick your own lifestyle.

To invest, it is not neccesary to buy a physical house , for example , I bought some IOI property shares at around rm 1.15 , about 1 and half years back. I could sell off the shares , or keeping it without having to maintain or move around or renovate etc.

Ya if sell yr house, chance that u need to buy another at market price, and the headache to move around. Or yr lifestyle may change completely.

Just my way, might not be suitable for others to follow.

Correction . BTW Financial people now link Cyberjaya to its Data Centres , no more the Silicon Valley , people here like to associate with , again and again without updating their knowledge .

So u want to create low end jobs for the Indo or Banglo , so Malaysia has to depend on them forever.

1) Data Centres pay extremely good pay , that is what our people want , as Malaysia is stuck in " middle income" economy for century .

2) Data Centres would have to be constructed , creating a boom for many industries like Construction co and so on. Simple economics theory would tell u that lah. Power or solar energy , sales of lands etc make our economy to rotate faster.

If u stay so negative for 10 years , and wait for another 10 years ..u might not see the opportunities ahead of u.
