People with passive incomes of 20K a month..do not talk much about properties are under water. They just take the action to buy when it is needed.

Well, the Government is working towards partial n gradual withdrawals of fuel sudsidies ...in a way less people would be driving to work.

Places with MRT , LRT or Rails might be the preferred hot spots for rental markets ..

U cannot simply compare Puchong with Cyberjaya, coz it is not created equally ( not apple to apple ).

Cyberjaya generally regarded as a Muslim township where many activities like 4 Digits shops, massages, night life businesses n many others are generally allowed in Puchong ( on wide spread basis ) , but absent in Cyberjaya .

Since the topics may involve 2R,,I would not go any further. But properties are likely in higher demands due to the spill over from these high level activities .

Someone says One should take time to live ? ( Seriously then why still needs to compare here n there ? )

But I say choose your own lifestyles to live ...and no need to compare with your friends in Puchong ( I have friends enjoy good night life in Puchong too )

Ya ,One should take time to live , so stop comparing Fraser Hill to Genting Highlands ..

They project themselves to be perfectionists and allow themselves to create theories on their owns. Like to talk facts but never providing any figures to support. Never reply properly to people upon questioning ( only with twist n turns ).
