So work place in klcc an average joe can afford the million dollar property opposite it? U better start thinking for yourself.

For me yeah in working in cyber, I'm just staying so close nearby but that's because the property here is below a million.

I'm so eager for Cyberjaya to be "unrelated" and "outdated" so that I don't have to worry about moving out somewhere else for my retirement but thats not the case for the last few years. I remember going to dpulze and can easily find a parking on the ground floor or finding a parking at tamarind square open space car park around the vicinity used to be very easy

Unless companies like Google, apple, FB, etc move out of silicone valley, silicone valley will stay relevant.

Cbj is over 30 years old, is just another suburb.

Those earning over million USD p.a are less wise than a youtuber and those couldn't afford to rent in San Francisco.

If all home in cbj are occupied, population and traffic would be a few times of current level.

What facts? 20 high rises under construction means what? It’s now slowly being filled up and cyberjaya population is increasing. I have already pointed out distances is not an issue with the well connected highways. Easy to reach KL, PJ, Puchong, etc. CBJ scammers? If got scammers, then you report police. Buying props is willing buyer willing seller. If you don’t make research when buying, then it’s not the seller problem. You so busybody with other people decisions for what?

I have 500sft, 1000sft and my recent one 3000sft. Depending on where i want to stay that's my problem.  Relevant or not up to me.

The facts remain oversupply in cbj, most cbj investors are underwater, cbj is about 30km from klcc/kl sentral (similar distance to rawang from klcc according to Google map).

Until oversupply is reduced substantially, cbj price will remain suppressed.

Yup! when you have money to save you better be investing. really got no idea why everyday harping buying property eventually you will die broke. pay to the banks double the value bla bla bla. That's what he has been preaching since 2010. but it's already 2023 and i'm still here not yet die pun. The units im not staying in, i lease them and paying more monthly in hoping in 10 years i can pay finish all 3 of my property. Now worst, his calling ppl scammer.   

dai lou! when cyberjaya is still cheap you don't want to buy.. wait until the price shoot up only want to buy issit? my god. i study in MMU back in 2004, 2007 graduated, while working move around Klang Valley now back into Cyberjaya. If i have no confidence with this place i also won't buy it la. D'Pulze weekend need to park until the lowest floor, Tamarind Square every weekend flooded with ppl coming over for OOTD. Even the cafe i always go need to queue on weekends.. DUH.

Serious note.. if can icemanfx please don't come. It's getting congested here in cyberjaya. call it underwater or not, just don't come. i really want to live peacefully enjoy the serenity and perhaps retire here as well.

Guess you haven't met or don't know someone whose rental income a month is a few times of 6k per month, loan free and don't and didn't follow BBB/uuu playbook.
