Initially news among our field was that avisena gonna acquire it , I contacted them and they said no they are going to build their own hospital. I did not manage to get any updates after that
Appreciate if u can tell us if you got any? Just very curious it will be a private or government
By right they have decided? Because they opened for tender under JKNS

Now population is slowly increasing and the Arabs and the rest are gone , lotsa expats, MM2H owners and slowly turning into mature township then those who wanted peaceful township like a putrajaya on Sunday are leaving but the previous group who thought cyberjaya is a ghost town still think it’s a ghost town as they don’t visit it recently

First of all I’m a Chinese and I have no issue living with Malays or any other race
90% Malays probably that is the demography of the place you chose to stay .
In places such as setia eco glades , the majority are still Chinese , followed by Malays and expats . And everyone live harmoniously without issue
What’s with the racial tone .

This was already addressed few months back when you said cyberjaya was developed the same time as puchong
Only for me to remind you that puchong thrived in 1940s as KG Baru batu14 , even way back then in early 1900s they already had immigrants forming KG Palas ( can’t recall the exact name)

This is in essence very different from cyberjaya which was solely controlled and gazetted by MOF with SH and CV in charge of the development. It was only post 2011 where they opened up to private initiatives , and you see an explosion of private companies rushing in. This was exactly the root of the problem when you have lesser known and to put it colloquially “lousy” developers creating less desired developments which people confused as a representation of the whole township.

Lelong is unpredictable but I have been following got 3 years for Lelong for SEG but never came across 1.2 for vit Yaris or lilia yet. Must have missed it
There as a unit with reserve price of 1.38 roughly but lelong won at 1.58 plus 200k caveat and double MOT which came to 2mil roughly recently at SR1
Was a cash only lelong

On their own land maybe but in cyber proper unlikely

Because the piece of land PKNS owns is actually selangor science park which became cyber valley then became raudhahville which failed and became some residential now. It’s not actually cyberjaya and it’s leasehold whereas cyber is freehold
