I prefer to discuss cyberjaya...
Come back to Tamarind square, is TS open for public to visit already ?
I would like to pay a visit...the garden concept seems nice.
Will be great if the bookstore is 24/7 so that we can enjoy the reading outdoor (landscape) with a cup of coffee. Looks very nice with all the gardens Feels calm by just looking the picture..

good idea there should be a 24hour café together with the bookstore This post has been edited by Zres: Apr 25 2017, 05:46 PM

QUOTE(Marine Boy @ Apr 28 2017, 10:45 AM) World-Class Infrastructure The Cyberjaya Metro Fibre Network (CMFN) is the data superhighway that connects businesses in Cyberjaya to the world. Running primarily on fibre optics, it delivers up to 100Mbps straight to most buildings, and offers full redundancy throughout the network. Under the MSC Malaysia Bill of Guarantees, MSC Malaysia-status companies are guaranteed world-class infrastructure and advanced telecommunication technologies with a 99.9% guaranteed reliability. Choose from over 50 MSC-compliant buildings with the set-up needed to support the delivery of smart services throughout your organisation. For the convenience of the Cyberjaya community, you can also surf the Internet for free at more than 20 Wi-Fi hotspots throughout the city. That why I am emphasizing on the quality of living in Cyberjaya. Infrastructure per sq feet is a modern terminology to highlight the quality of a town or city. During the past, people did not heard about this. what is the free wifi hotspots name ? any idea?

QUOTE(SKY 1809 @ Apr 29 2017, 06:41 PM) Some people just like to count the numbers of Towers, hospitals and measure the distances of roads in order to past time, kinda hobby to some . It is a jam free factor to travel to IOI City Mall from Cyberjaya , as compared to let say to travel to Mid Valley . And for example from the main road to your garden ( it is common if u stay in Cheras ) may take more than 30 mins, not to measure let say 3 miles or so kinda thing. In many areas, from taman to the main road already 30mins.

QUOTE(geolee76 @ Apr 29 2017, 11:12 PM) I stay in puchong also go.IOi city mall never step a foot.in IOI puchong mall Why accessibility... it's not.about the total KM... I can drive close one eye and go direct into car park and most importantly I can leave without a hassle out from mall Similarly when I move to Cyberjaya soon. it's gonna be hassle free as well I assume this is common sense (Not about total km but the hassle and travelling time) But thanks for your real case scenario This post has been edited by Zres: Apr 29 2017, 11:14 PM

QUOTE(interferens @ Apr 30 2017, 08:27 AM) i stay in sungai merab, travelling to ioi city mall will take about 10-15 min. But i prefer going to Mydin Putrajaya or DeCentrum Mall for grocery shopping . In IOI City Mall..walking from parking to the TESCO inside much longger because the mall is so big.. Same feeling, for quick dinner or grocery dpulze still the best, park and grab a soy source from jaya grocer in less than 15mins..sometimes parking is free

QUOTE(Marine Boy @ Apr 30 2017, 06:37 PM) Melbourne to me is so so. A mini London. I could say, it is emulating the greater London. Why have Cheras to do with Yarra? My choice of Yarra's wine is ok saja. Really out of topic ... melb is super crowded right now. Personally I prefer Perth

QUOTE(New Klang @ Apr 30 2017, 10:02 PM) Let it be Let's apply some common sense, every area got auction, if auction represent the market, please knock ur neighbour's door and tell them i willing to buy ur house with the auction price + 10% top up, then u can sapu the whole building with auction price + 10% top up. Does this make sense? Obviously NO
