i just bought a soho unit for investment or for my son.

every week will send my sons to attend robotic class at cberjaya.

a totaly different enviroment compare to Rawang.

fall in love on this town on first visit.

Even if the road totally empty I find it quite far fetched . Working in Cyberjaya here btw .

Some people just like to count the numbers of Towers, hospitals and measure the distances of roads in order to past time, kinda hobby  to some .

It is a jam free factor to travel to IOI City Mall from Cyberjaya , as compared to let say to travel to Mid Valley . And for example from the main road to your garden ( it is common if u stay in Cheras ) may take more than 30 mins, not to measure let say 3 miles or so kinda thing.

I can drive close one eye and go direct into car park
and most importantly I can leave without a hassle out from mall

Similarly when I move to Cyberjaya soon. it's gonna be hassle free as well

i stay in sungai merab, travelling to ioi city mall will take about 10-15 min. But i prefer going to Mydin Putrajaya or DeCentrum Mall for grocery shopping . In IOI City Mall..walking from parking to the TESCO inside much longger because the mall is so big..

Melbourne to me is so so. A mini London. I could say, it is emulating the greater London. Why have Cheras to do with Yarra? My choice of Yarra's wine is ok saja.
