It is dumb for anyone who doesn't know what happens if the SJKC is opening soon. It will be dumb for paying too high price when the demand grows.

As many co are moving here due to low currency exchange to save costs.

Our country is investor friendly.

Govt need to show positive results.

Plenty of infra ready for connection



Low cost housing ensure higher population.

On one hand the CJ residents wants a Chinese school but when the school is opened, the student count is low.

How conflicting are the two facts?

The school construction started years ago so it should not be a surprised.

Dont think there will be firesale for landed freehold in CBJ

Owners are solid and have holding power

Only issue is the houses cannot make much profit if sell now
