Actually govt school give priority to CBJ address...not just priority, if you are not staying near by, its very hard for you to enroll to the school...this happening in all govt school in Klang valley...

as it is, the Tram is not really needed in my opinion, the traffic is low. better use the money for other infra. I thnk better put more coered walkways.. i prefer walking to places, even if it is far, but the weather in Malaysia is crazy hot

Fyi the school opened last Thursday which is 2 days ago. Cj residents want chinese school? Wheres the stats? Yes Probably some of them, how many? 100? 5000? 50 student is low? I have made valid criticisms on Cyberjaya as a whole but I find that SEG seems to be shielded away from those criticisms due to its location away from the the city

It has to be a Semi-D due to my mentality that I always have to upgrade, of sorts. If I cannot get SEG at the right price, I will just stay in Serenia btw I just found a Semi-D Lepironia for RM1.5M. Seems reasonable compared to the developer units

how long will it take for me to travel from cyberjaya to bandar utama and which route is the best for me to take ? . I do know that LDP are heavy during peak hour.

Currently im looking to buy houses for own stay and Cyberjaya seems very good for me since there are lot of cheap option .

Cyberjaya no flood. hahahahaha. golden reason to buy.

So far Cyber haven’t had any flash flood incidents. Major reason is Cyberjaya city was planned from the beginning with all the infrastructure to support it. In other places, the development is without planning, causing infra overcapacity. This place should be attractive to more people in future.

sad to say it is.. but because it's not silicon valley like, i think I'll be getting a bigger unit here. prop price is cheap here and with how quite and near it is to the airport my wife and myself likes this place.. 4th year living in cyberjaya.
