Nope. Have studied Behavioural science b4 & finished Human Behavioural Investment. In investment, one must know how to filter noise from the facts and figures in order to make the right decision. For example... in advanced economies, information gathered are predictable as land is scarce and developed but in emerging economies, those who made the right decision on properties' investment have to make a quick due diligence. Hence, one must filter noise or nonsense from factors causing them. As for this forum, you all stated "Trolls". So Trolls = Noise.

Putrajaya being a neighbor to Cyberjaya sort of complement Cyberjaya. When I drove to Putrajaya, the infrastructure was amazing n reminded me of mini Manhattan. Of course taxpayers' cash has being used to built it but the landscape was well maintained. Even mini drama was made on this location especially the bridge. Many years ago in property investment, we don't read about infrastructure per cost but now is the trend. Look at Cyberjaya, the roads are wide n beautifully landscaped with covered drains n quite clean. See how the sight of infrastructure flows. In Manila, u can see a nice building being flanked by slump area but not so much in Klang Valley. Btw, I am sharing my thoughts n this is not meant for Trolls...

Yes, please continue ignore. While someone prove that her statement is wrong, with articles...

She insist she is right without any proof, what she can do is keep insisting and repeating until she got the attention.

Provocation.

no, i stay and work at rawang.
i just bought a soho unit for investment or for my son.

every week will send my sons to attend robotic class at cberjaya.

a totaly different enviroment compare to Rawang.

fall in love on this town on first visit.
*
Yes, robotic class is good as in the future most of the activities will be performed by robots. Again, everyone should move along with the wave of trends. Even certain digital n robotics companies are designing systems to track human behaviors regarding to shopping, investments, food.....etc. These companies will have artificial intelligence to prompt users to make a quick decision b4 others act on it...

I visited D'Pulse several times n there was a crowd. All the eateries n supermarket are doing so well. Even the car park was full. The restaurants serve nice n yummy food. It is high time that Cyberjaya open more luxurious malls to cater for the residents there.

I drove to Ikea Cheras several times and it took me 25 minutes by Maju Express to reach there. Driving is a breeze n I like Mytown mall too.

This kind of article is good to promote Cyberjaya and changing ppl's perception of the kampong / ulu / desert place  brows.gif  brows.gif
Perhaps the writer should emphasize the overall factors - "Work, Play, Live, Study" elements in next update.

Bro Soros007, 95% of the people think alike n drew conclusion based on gossips, hear says n shallow thoughts. Cyberjaya is never a kampung or ulu place. It is livable n a nice garden city

Cheras, Kampung Pandan Jaya etc are all fairly close to KL. But no thanks. The environment is not conducive for living. Just my opinion.

Cheras n Kampung Pandan Jaya are too congested, old n not livable anymore. That is my personal opinion

Just to share some property's knowledge: if u read at the classifieds of a certain location like selling 30 to 50 properties in a day, means that the location is not a livable area anymore. Could be due to congestion, narrow roads or old development. Even if the location of properties many years ago may be conducive but if a LRT or flyover build in front of the house could drop the market price. Selecting from reputable developers are much safer but again research is a must. Wrong perceptions or beliefs to dampen others can be psychotic to an individual.

Is Centrus mall opening soon? I like its architecture. With more malls coming up, I can give a miss to Pavillion or even KLCC (not my hang-out place).

Talking about ghost... I have watched the movie The Ghost in the Shell in D'Pulse TGV. It's an amazing movie and it is futuristic, creative & imaginative. The ghost you are referring is it the ghost from Hungry Ghost festival or Ghoul from Halloween?

Tamarind Square evokes memories of a way of life that has long been relegated to the history books. Life today, revolves around high-rise office towers and malls of all shapes and sizes that disconnect, rather than connect people.

The creators of Tamarind Square have taken a bold and creative step to bring families, friends, neighbours and the community together. It is an insight that comes from an understanding that we are by nature, communal creatures and lovers of the great outdoors. (extracted from Tamarind's website) Very well said about those who choose to live n work in Cyberjaya. A liveable place in a well-landscaped location where nature connects with us.

I would rather wait and reserve my comment later after few months tamarind square opened.

anywhere by all accounts, it will need the support of cj workers and residents to make it ong........however with the current night population of CJ........it will need plenty of help....
*
D'Pulse was so crowded on weekdays n weekends and of course night time too. This is because the crowd was also spill-over from Putrajaya where Alamanda cannot support the happenings. Hence more happenings are found in D'Pulse. Jaya Grocer has long queues and normally the management can 'sniff' where the money is. Therefore, they open one supermarket in D' Pulse. Again the concept of Tamarind Square is only reachable to certain crowd and we definitely do not want 'Ah Bengs', 'Ah Ngaus' and 'Ah Cows'. The feedback Beany gave to us about 'the current night population in CJ' is out-dated and old news .
