Which district in Selangor has the highest MEDIAN (penengah) household income and the second highest AVERAGE (purata) household income?

Based on stats released earlier this week...SEPANG!!!

I reckon it reflects the above average household income in Cyberjaya...being the "capital" of Sepang.

Overall, Selangor ranked third (median household income) after WP Kuala Lumpur and WP Putrajaya.

With Tun M back in power, I envisage the following series of events may contribute positively to CBJ future.

1. HSR cancelled
2. Bandar Malaysia project to be reviewed
3. KL Internet City (KLIC) project, i.e. the services hub of DFTZ*, in Bandar Malaysia may be reviewed as well
4. Jack Ma is coming to town to meet Tun M in order to keep DFTZ project alive (read here)
5. Tun M may ask Jack Ma to relocate the services hub of DFTZ from KLIC Bandar Malaysia to CBJ
6. With CBJ hosting the services hub of DFTZ, it will attract Alibaba, Lazada and numerous other e-commerce companies to this city.



Note:
*As of now, the two key components of Digital Free Trade Zone (DFTZ) are (read here):
i. fulfillment hub (in KLIA)
ii. services hub (in KLIC Bandar Malaysia)

And also because Cyberjaya was conceptualized as the heart of MSC (multimedia super corridor) and founded by Tun M himself some 20 years ago.

But Tun M resigned as PM few years later hence did not get to fully realize his visions for the MSC.

Thus, with him back in PM seat, I believe he will make efforts to revive the MSC initiatives.

Village Grocer (with Village Cafe) will open at Tamarind Square Cyberjaya on 16 August 2018 (next Thursday). It was reported the outlet occupies floor area of 50,000 sqft...the biggest Village Grocer of all, I think.
