Hi Zres, i found this Kopitiam thread so amusing too. I am not filtering any noises from here because it just like a huge joke. To me is a good study of human behaviour, much better than my study in post-graduate days.

Good morning tonertoner , i have the same thoughts like you when i first joined this forum. I was advised to ignore Icy or watever & Bean. Species like this will bring down n give negative comments on whatever investments under the sky. They just want lots of attention.

If you create a thread for e.g. 'Why staying in Hades is good?" Perhaps got people offending it. They will definitely condemn it. So hilarious.

Went to Sungai Buloh n drove via E6 Elite for 38 minutes

I rather pay toll as time is very precious to me

Driving to Ikea Cheras is a breeze n takes me 20minutes

So working in Cyberjaya or in KL is not a problem. That is what 95% people think alike

To pay small bills n save time is of paramount importance.

I rather drive smoothly shopping in Ikea Cheras n doing my orchids n plants shopping in Sungai Buloh without much hassle.

Paying tolls is not an issue if u can safe time to research on investments n reading. Time n knowledge are expensive commodities.

Hi MilkTea, you can buy some nice, trendy n functional furniture from Ikea Cheras if u like Scandinavian products

Drive along MEX highway with only 20mins drive. Avoid weekends when there are huge crowd just going there without any purpose of buying. If u go during working days, u can stop by for nice food b4 shopping.

Ikea has contemporary, Manhattan n many more styles.

if u want custom made sofas at very reasonable price, go to the furniture shopx near Tesco Puchong.
