BTW, i am pleased staying here is CJ with wide road frontage from my opposite neighbor. Stream running full of fish n aquatic plants like lilies, bull rushes etc at my backyard.Frangant flowers attracting a variety of butterflies. Bustling with dragon flies. Even can hear frogs croaking after the rain. Being able to work out n swim in my walking distance club house. Air quality superb n nice landscaping

Yeah weather is Malaysia is really hot n humid. If i travel to countries having cool n mediterranean climate, i like to walk 20km per day to enjoy the sceneries, cafes n places of interests.

Having tram can add to the location as a tourist attraction as CJ can be a hype n artistic place.

You will definitely won't regret in your decision if your decision-making is based on research about CJ. Again you have to filter the noise n nonsense created by others who talked without common sense.

When i first started buying my first property, i done lots of reading n research and visited the location several times on different parts of the day to evaluate on my choice. At that time, we dont have forum chat or others to refer too. But i never regret buying that property as i sold off making a gain of 190%

I like what I read! CJ is located between Kuala Lumpur International Airport and the KL city centre which are the two main hubs of growth, hence opportunities of growth.

When i was in Incheon, i sat on a monorail free to view their latest township and up-coming projects near there. We passed Boat rowing club, up-coming amusement park, landed properties with nice & spacious designs over-looking the sea and other attractions. These projects are not cheap but cheaper then Gangnam.

But I am sure those who can see the future will grab these properties as it is near the airport and having KTX connectivity, travelling will be a breeze.

CJ is well-planned.
