legally no as the product already labelled/advertised at the lower price which they must honor it. they could take down the label price which that still at the shelve but not the one taken by the customers.

consumer could complain to kpndkk if they dont honor the price or take back the stuff or ask customer to pay following the system price which is higher

the shop will be penalise and would be told to return the different/honor the price to the customer that complained

wrongly advertised price but the product that still at the shelve

one more thing if you accepted any compesation before/during your complain it will automatically voided but the vendor will still be penalised

especially those mamak and malay restaurant that wrongly charge price which kena few time already from me whistling.gif whistling.gif whistling.gif

I read the spec for filter lifespan is short compare with humidifier version but still depend on usage.
But the 2 unit lowest price rm 500 ea also
Still got profit.

Fua80e 2 years depend on usage.
Kcd40e 10 years depend on usage.
