want to buy external hdd, around 280myr, WD ultra passport

a seller send a whatsapps msg to me. said my WD Ultra passport is not available... they want to replace with WD Passport... which is way CHEAPER.

i told them i dont want to take the replacement becoz the price is not the same. The seller told me, the cost price is same to me.

make me feel suspicious and that they already done this few times. Put Higher price item for sale, and then msg the buyer to take different cheaper version.

i asked him to refund me, he said seller dont have cancel button. and ask me to cancel my order. Heh, upon checking online, seller do have cancel button, its just they will got penalize. so the seller dont want to do it.

very bad experience, i told the seller,i dont care, they dont have the item, they need to cancel it. not me. n i will wait for my refund.
