Maxis One Club tag on an item on Lazada says get 15% off, but in the MyMaxis app only available 5% and 10%, is it the same one?

Do you guys know if I can use more than one voucher on one purchase?

For example I have multiple voucher code from credit card promotions, can I use both on one item?
