if the tracking number/details not in your LZD account, then call LZD customer service to get the tracking ref number and who is the courier.

Then call the courier and arranged with them for self-collection (if available ie item not sent out already, taken by the delivery guy already from the company). But sometimes there will be mix-up at courier side, miscommunication - u must be prepared for that lor.
