QUOTE(Atsumori @ Mar 28 2017, 12:41 AM) Bro, what is the difference between frisco gold 3 vs frisolac 2? Both for 1-3 years, but frisolac more expensive. Not sure. Never use before. You'll notice that most 1st year have lac at their back, like Enfalac, Frisolac for example. Also most 1st year won't be displayed on their website because gov restrictions.

QUOTE(MrLoo @ Mar 28 2017, 11:12 PM) I do agree not to misuse these functions. However, I'm adamant that Lazada should honor every sales they committed be it mispricing or any other error. LoL Like saying your boss accidentally pay you RM50 salary instead of RM5000 and asked you just accept it. This post has been edited by andrekua2: Mar 28 2017, 11:31 PM

LoL
As much as I liked them to fulfill the order, you do know it's quite impossible. If they wrongly priced it at 2.8k instead of 3.8k, still got possibility. 3.8k becoming <500, wait if they are generous with sorry voucher.

QUOTE(MrLoo @ Mar 28 2017, 11:45 PM) Bro, do u even know offer and acceptance? In law term, yes, the mispricing is just an invitation to treat. However, the moment you take the item, in this case is we check out our cart, that's offer to vendor. And acceptance came where the seller accept your cash, which mean he ultimately accepts your offer. Unless it is different for online shopping? LoL, of course it's different. An order is just a contract, backed by deposit payment. If they back out, at worse scenario, they just have to return your deposit doubled. Doesn't really mean one have to fulfill no matter what.

QUOTE(stupiak07 @ Mar 29 2017, 12:31 AM) legally no as the product already labelled/advertised at the lower price which they must honor it. they could take down the label price which that still at the shelve but not the one taken by the customers. consumer could complain to kpndkk if they dont honor the price or take back the stuff or ask customer to pay following the system price which is higher the shop will be penalise and would be told to return the different/honor the price to the customer that complained wrongly advertised price but the product that still at the shelve Depends. You may ask why Aeon honor the price whichever is lower. That is strictly their policy. A price tag is merely an information to customer, not a contract. Besides Aeon/Tesco are basically brick and mortar version of Lazada. They just rent the shelves to clients. They are unable to verify the price since it's not them who's selling, therefore just honor it and took the whole thing off the system asap. No more selling until it was resolved. With a normal shop where they have way to verify the pricing, I don't think there's a necessity to honor a price tag error. Mistake happens... hence when the price is higher than the price tag, the staff will ask you whether you still want to buy it. If you insist on buying it then it become a verbal agreement.

QUOTE(MrLoo @ Mar 29 2017, 07:13 AM) Nope, once you entered a contract, it is not about double or what if you revoke. If so why we need tribunal? Go to tribunal then and good luck. Contract can be broken with appropriate compensation. Contract just make it b&w between buyer and seller. There's nothing more to it. LoL...

QUOTE(kkk8787 @ Mar 29 2017, 12:38 PM) so u only know its wrong price after u ordered thats what u implied. The implied consent was it was the right price displayed when we order thus it stands No. You ordered because it was wrongly priced aka too cheap to be true or missing out.
