I recommend everyone to avoid Lelong as much as you can. And if you have to buy through it, pay directly to the seller instead of Netpay (but of course make sure the seller has good reputation la).
Netpay's buyer protection is pretty BS if you read the terms. So much hassle.

I bought fake batteries advertised as ori once, they only forwarded my email to the seller to ask for explanation. Then the seller ignored, and I emailed again, Lelong also ignored me. After that incident, I never use Netpay anymore so Lelong get nothing from me.

That is not the bad part of their BPP. It's the claiming part.
I haven't had any experience on 11street. I seldom go there because of their poor interface.

I know. Bought many things there also. I always look at their ratings. That particular guy had only 1 bad rating (only about a non-related bought item not working) and very few neutrals (which are hard to find given Lelong's stupid feedback page design) among 100s of feedbacks. And a few of the feedbacks confirm for ori batteries too. But haish if you're gonna get cheated, you'll get cheated anyway.

I hope we Malaysian/SEA people won't abuse Amazon's system like some here do with Lazada's. I'm afraid they'll change it and make it harder for real honest customers.

I think if Lazada or the seller got extraordinary amount of orders for the same item in a short period of time, they also can detect and act quickly lor.

I think your 5min time frame is too extreme.
The audio stuff someone posted just now was available for about 1 hour after being posted. And I think RM30 iPhones before also around the same, maybe longer.
